2008年我院门诊口服降糖药应用分析

Analysis of the application of oral hypoglycemic agents in 2008 in our hospital on outpatient service

目的:评价本院门诊口服降糖药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对本院门诊2008年1～12月口服降糖药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果:用药频度最高的是快速促胰岛素分泌剂、双胍类、磺酰脲类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂,单品种用药频度排序前四位的是瑞格列奈、格列齐特缓释片、二甲双胍、阿卡波糖,药物利用指数(DUI)大部分小于1。结论:DDDs排序反映了本院门诊口服降糖药用药的趋势,本院降糖药应用基本合理。

Objective： To evaluate the utilization and tendency of oral hypoglycemic agents prescribed in our hospital, ra tional use of drugs for clinical reference. Methods： The use of oral hypoglyeemie agents in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2008 were analyzed statistically in breed, consumption sum and DDDs. Results： DDDs ranking of the previous four were glyburide, acarbose, repaglinideand, dimethyldiguanide, repaglinide, glielazide, met formin, acarbose, amlodipine ranked at the first 4 places in terms of DDDs of single variety. Most Drug utilization index （DUI） were less than 1. Conclusion： DDDs sorting had reflected outpatient tendency of oral hypoglycemic, medicine application is basic reasonable.
