二级综合医院妇产科学科建设的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis about disciplines build on obstetrics and gynecology department in two disciplines general hospital

目的:重点学科建设的目的是通过建设妇产科成为具有特色优势的学科,逐步达到市级重点学科乃至更高层次重点学科的水平,并带动医院相关学科的发展,从而整体提升医院的学科建设水平和人才培养水平。方法:在资料收集基础上确定评估流程。在通过专家委员会评估及分析,提出重点专科的规划、方针、策略及具体实施措施。结果:综合评估7家二级综合医院妇产科,按重点专科标准存在一定差距,目前只能作为医院重点扶持专科,通过2～3年的扶持达到省级重点专科水平。结论:①医院必须提高妇产科科技水平和科研创新能力。②以重点学科建设为龙头,推动医疗,科研,教学的全面发展。

Objective： The purpose of construction of key disciplines through the construction of obstetrics and gynecology is a distinctive advantage of discipline, and gradually reach a higher level of municipal key disciplines as well as the level key disciplines, and promote the development of hospital-related disciplines, thereby enhancing the overall hospital the level of disciplines and training levels. Methods： Based on the data collected to determine the evaluation process. In the assessment by the Committee of Experts and analysis, key specialist of planning, policy, strategy and specific implementation measures. Results： Comprehensive assessment of seven disciplines general hospital, according to the standard there was a certain gap between the key specialists, could only focus on supporting a hospital specialist, by 2-3 years of support to the provincial key specialty level. Conclusion： ① Hospitals must improve the technological level of obstetrics and gynecology and research innovation. ②As the lead construction of key disciplines, hospitals should promote medical, scientific research, teaching all-round development.
