摘要
结合高职院校学生的特点,从职业岗位群中提炼出典型工作任务作为学习项目,创设学习情景,让学生进入工作角色,主动收集信息、制定计划、实施项目并参与成果评价,在完成项目的过程中熟悉工作流程并掌握知识和技能,全面培养学生的综合职业能力。
Combined with the characteristics of the students in colleges,we select the typical tasks from professional post group as the learning program and create learning circumstance to let the students adapt to work role.They can collect information actively,make plans,carry out the project and participate in the evaluation of result.During the process of completing the program,not only can the students are familiar with the work procedure,knowledge and skills,but also can develop their comprehensive vocational ability.
