摘要
本文介绍了锦州铁合金厂改造原有竖式熔铝炉的方案和实施情况。初步生产表明:节油效果显著,重油单耗由442kg下降到85kg;铝粒含铝比卧式坩埚炉高0.1%,含铁量低0.1%,这是一次成功的节能技术改造。
The plan and its implementation for transforming a existing vertical aluminum smelting furnace in JFW are introduced in this paper. It is shown through initial production that obvious oil saving effects have been obtained, the specific heavy oil consumption has been decreascd frcm 442 kg to 85 kg, aluminum content of product produced by new furnace raised by 0.1 percent and iron content lowered by 0.1 percent in comparing with that produced by the. horizontal crucible furnace. This technical transformation is successful.
