新生儿HIE患儿血清细胞因子的变化及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清中白介素-18(IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测出生后3、7d的32例HIE患儿与24例健康新生儿血清中IL-18及hsCRP水平。结果出生后3dHIE患儿和健康新生儿血清中IL-18水平分别为(485.90±413.80)pg/mL、(50.35±1.69)pg/mL(P<0.01);出生后7d分别为(316.25±368.18)pg/mL、(51.3±4.20)pg/mL(P<0.01)。出生后3dHIE患儿和健康新生儿血清中hsCRP水平分别为(23.31±44.52)mg/L、(1.38±0.82)mg/L(P<0.01);出生后7d分别为(4.72±5.95)mg/L、(1.67±1.24)mg/L(P<0.05),且两者均与病情严重程度相关。结论 IL-18、hsCRP参与HIE的病理、生理过程,动态监测IL-18和hsCRP水平对判断其病情轻重及预后有重要意义。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum interleukin-18(IL-18) and hypersensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) in neonatus with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 32 cases of neonatus with HIE(HIE group) and 24 cases of healthy neonatus(control group) were enrolled and detected for IL-18 and hsCRP by using ELISA,3 and 7 days after birth.Results 3 days after birth,the levels of IL-18 in HIE group and control group were 485.90±413.80 and 50.35±1.69 pg/mL (P0.01),respectively,and 7 days after birth,the levels were 316.25±368.18 and 51.3±4.20 pg/mL (P0.01). 3 days after birth,the levels of hsCRP in HIE group and control group were 23.31±44.52 and 1.38±0.82 mg/L (P0.01),respectively,and 7 days after birth,the levels were 4.72±5.95 and 1.67±1.24 mg/L (P0.05). The serum levels of IL-18 and hsCRP were both correlated with the severity of HIE.Conclusion IL-18 and hsCRP were both involved in the pathophysiological process of HIE. Monitoring the trend of IL-18 and hsCRP could be helpful to judge the severity of disease and estimate the prognosis.
