在商用车的供应链环节,入厂物流环节的优劣,直接决定了整个供应链的质量和成本。该文借鉴前人的研究成果以及乘用车领域的实践经验,对商用车零部件入厂物流现状以及优劣与乘用车进行对比研究,并做出进一步的研究探索:入厂物流优化模式的构建优化以及第三方物流供应商的选择。

Whether supply chain and accession logistics of commercial vehicles are good or bad directly determines the quality and cost of whole supply chain. Drawing on former researcher’s fruits and practical experience from passenger vehicle field, the paper compares the commercial vehicle component parts logistics system for accession with passenger vehicle’s and makes further exploration into optimized model of accession logistics and selection of the third party logistics service providers.
