摘要
针对壳体类零件在消失模铸造过程中存在的尺寸不稳定、碳缺陷、变形等问题成立了质量小组,对白区的一些工艺参数进行了分析和验证。研究了模样的质量特性参数与铸件缺陷之间的关系,寻找最佳参数组合,以达到降低基于模样质量导致铸件缺陷的绝对数量,提升合格率。
The process parameters were analyzed and verified aimed at the problems occurred in lost form casting procedure for producing shell castings,such as dimensional instability,carbon defects and distortion etc.The relations between the quality characteristic parameters and the casting defects were studied to discover the best parameter combination for reducing casting defects caused by poor pattern quality and increasing products passing rate.
