摘要
以白刺花种子为材料,分别采用砂纸摩擦3,0%NaOH浸种0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3 h,90%NaOH浸种5、15、25、35、45、55 min9,8%浓硫酸浸种10、20、30、40、50 min对种子进行硬实处理,在室温(25~28℃)下进行发芽试验。结果表明:砂擦处理效果最好,发芽率为80%;98%浓硫酸处理40 min效果次之,发芽率为72%;30%NaOH处理1.5 h发芽率为22%;90%NaOH处理25 min,发芽率为20%。
Sophora viciifolia seed were took as tested materials. The seed were treated with abrasive paper; soaked by 30% sodium hydroxide respectively for 0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5 and 3 hours; soaked by 90% sodium hydroxide respectively for 5,15,25,35,45 and 55 minutes and soaked by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid respectively for 10,20,30,40 and 50 minutes; Then burgeoned at indoor temperature (25 - 28℃ ). The results indicated that the best results of breaking hardness was to be treated with abrasive paper, and the germination percentage were 80% , the next was concentrated sulfuric acid for 40 mi- nutes, and the germination percentage were 72%. The germination percentage had significantly increased when treated with 30% sodium hydroxide for 1. 5 hours and 90% sodium hydroxide for 25 minutes, the germination percentage were 22% and 20%.
