摘要
为获得大孔树脂吸附硝基苯类化合物的具体参数和脱附条件,以及硝基苯类化合物的回收率,通过大孔树脂吸附处理含硝基苯类工业废水的试验研究,以及对脱附液的后处理研究,结果表明:XSA-6大孔树脂处理含硝基苯类工业废水的最佳工艺条件:吸附温度为20℃,流速为3.0 BV/h,pH值为1,废水处理量为28 BV。脱附温度为40~50℃,流速为1.0 BV/h,脱附剂为4%的氢氧化钠和工业甲醇的复合脱附剂(二者的体积比为1∶4),用量为3 BV;碱洗脱附液中硝基苯类化合物的回收率为80.25%。醇洗前两个级分(1.2 BV)中硝基苯类化合物的回收率为87.57%,甲醇套用到下一批次;后两个级分中硝基苯类化合物的浓度较低,用于配制下一批次的脱附剂。树脂吸附和脱附的效果稳定,性能可靠,可重复性好,具有工业化应用前景。
In order to get the parameters and desorption conditions for m_acroporous resin adsorbing nitrobenzene compounds, and find the recovery rate of the said compounds, a test of nitrobenzene compounds containing industrial wastewater treatment by macroporous resin was carried out with the subsequent treatment of the desorption solution studied at the same time. The results showed that: the optimal condition for the treatment of industrial wastewater containing nitrobenzene compounds by macroporous resin XSA-6 was: the adsorption temperature was 20℃, the flow velocity was 3.0 BV/h, the pH value was 1, and the amount of wastewater was 28 BV. When the desorption temperature was 40 - 50℃, the flow velocity was 1.0 BV/h, the desorpti was 4% sodium hydroxide mixed with industrial methanol (volume ratio of the above two reagents was dosage of the compounds was 3 BV, the recovery rate of nitrobenzene compounds in the alkali washing on reagent 1 : 4), the desorption solution was 80.25% at the stage of sodium hydroxide washing; and the recovery rate reached 87.57% at the first two stages before the methanol washing (1.2 BV) and the methanol would be applied in the next batch; the desorption solution at the rest two stages had a lower nitrobenzene compounds concentration, which could be used to prepare desorbent for the next batch. The adsorption and desorption performance of the said resin were reliable and repeatable, therefore, it was proved to have certain application prospect in chemical industry.
