浅谈石油化工企业排水系统管道材质的选择

石油化工企业在生产过程中产生的废水量多、成分复杂、物化性质各异,在设计工作过程中,应综合考虑被输送介质的成分、腐蚀性、温度、压力、埋深以及管道本身的内在因素等方面,选择安全、环保及节能的排水系统管材,做到既经济耐久又安全可靠。

As the wastewater from petrochemical production is characterized by large volume, complex ingredient, and various physical and chemical properties, the components and causticity of the transported substance, temperature, pressure, burying depth of pipe, and some intrinsic factors of the pipe should be comprehensively consi- dered when designing the treatment system; and then, proper drainage pipe materials which are safe, environmental protection and energy saving should be chosen so as to meet the requirement for economicality, durability and safety.
