摘要
针对多叶轮阶梯搅拌轴的临界转速计算问题,在综合传统算法的基础上,提出了一种实用简便的新算法.该算法首先将多叶轮阶梯搅拌轴简化为无叶轮的二阶搅拌轴,运用等效重量法计算出其临界转速.再将此搅拌轴还原,增加部分运用邓柯莱累加法及积分法进行计算得出该部分临界转速,最终可得出多叶轮阶梯搅拌轴的临界转速.运用ANSYS有限元软件验算得出该算法正确.该方法已在工程设计中得到了很好的应用.
In order to calculate the critical speed of multi-diameter agitating shaft with several impellers,a simple and convenient algorithm was proposed based on traditional algorithms.First,multi-diameter agitating shaft with impellers was simplified as two-diameter shaft without any impeller.The critical speed value of this part can be calculated by traditional algorithm.Then,recover the agitating shaft,critical speed value of the added components was calculated by Dunkerley formula and integral method.Eventually,the critical speed algorithm of multi-diameter agitating shaft with several impellers was obtained.The algorithm is verified correct by ANSYS software and has been used in engineering design.
