摘要
首先利用功能安全理念探讨了火灾及气体检测系统(FGS)对工艺过程的保护作用,其次,通过事件树分析法建立FGS风险模型,并利用FGS风险模型量化分析了探测器覆盖率与FGS可用性之间的关系,最后,对提高探测器覆盖率提出五点思考。
The protective function of fire and gas detection system (FGS) for the process is described based on the concept of functional safety principle firstly, and the FGS risk model is established with the event trees. The relationship between detector coverage and FGS availability is quantitatively analyzed by the FGS risk model. Five proposals about improving detection coverage are recommended finally.
