摘要
目的优选炒苍耳子脂肪油的提取工艺。方法采用超临界CO2萃取技术和正交实验设计,以油的萃取率为考察指标,对影响炒苍耳子脂肪油的提取工艺因素进行研究。结果优选提取工艺为:萃取罐的温度为40℃、萃取压力为25 MPa、萃取时间为2 h。结论该法可提高苍耳子脂肪油的提取率,明显缩短生产周期,并减少环境污染。
Objective To optimize the extraction process for Xanthii Fructus Tostum Oil.Methods The extraction rate with oil for investigation index,Supercritical CO2 extraction technology and orthogonal design were used to investigate the influence of extraction process for Xanthii Fructus Tostum Oil.Results The optimum process was established as following: 40℃ as extraction temperature,25 Mpa as extraction pressure,2 h as extraction time.Conclusion The method can improve the extraction rate of Xanthii Fructus Tostum Oil,obviously reduce production cycle and reduce environmental pollution.
