摘要
目的采用实验室常用仪器,运用氯仿萃取法制备蓖麻碱,并用高效液相色谱仪测定其含量,从而推究用氯仿萃取法制备蓖麻碱的可行性。方法采用热水提取,氯仿萃取;残渣用甲醇定容,并通过高效液相色谱定量检测。结果在0.26-5.2μg范围内,蓖麻碱色谱峰的峰面积与其含量之间线性关系良好,回归方程为y=1.52×104x-4.86×105,r=0.9992,RSD=2.825%。蓖麻粕中蓖麻碱的含量为0.533%。结论本法提取纯化过程简单,所用器材为普通实验室器材,费用低廉,提取率高,且对环境污染较少,值得推广。
Objective By commonly laboratory instruments,we used the method of chloroform extraction prepared Ricinine,then determined its content by high-performance liquid chromatography,and deduced the feasibility of this method.Method Using hot water extraction,chloroform extraction;voluming the residue with methanol,and quantification by high performance liquid chromatography.Results In the 0.26-5.2 ug range,Ricinine's chromatographic peak areas were a good linear relationship with concentration,the regression equation: y=1.52×104x-4.86×105,r=0.9992,RSD=2.825%.Ricinine's content is 0.533% in Castor Meal.Conclusion This method's strong points are the simple extraction and purification process,only general laboratory equipments,low cost,high extraction rate,and less environmental pollution,so this method should be promoted.
