石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫的生命周期评价 被引量:3

摘要 以某电厂石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫项目为研究对象,应用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,对脱硫工程材料制造、石灰石开采与破碎、运输、石灰石粉磨和烟气脱硫等5个过程进行了清单分析,并分别计算出5个过程的能源消耗及其对环境的影响。分析结果表明,该电厂石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫项目一年内的环境影响负荷为62 892.9PE_(T2000),远低于未经脱硫直接排入大气的烟气的环境影响负荷284 433.3PE_(T2000),项目的环保效益非常显著。 The present study analyses five processes of limestone/gypsum wet flue-gas desulphurization project such as material production of desulphurization project, extraction and crushing.of limestone, transport, milling of limestone and flue-gas desulphurization, by life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology. The energy consumption and environmental impact of each process are also collected and calculated. It is shown by the results that during one year, the environmental impact loading (EIL) of limestone/gypsum wet flue-gas desulphurization project is 62892. 9PET2000, far less than the EIL of flue-gas directly into the atmosphere without desulphurization, 284433.3PET2000. Therefore, this project plays a significant role in environmental improvement. K
