摘要
由于太阳电池光电转换效率随自身温度的升高而下降,因而对太阳电池进行冷却成为当前太阳能光伏研究的一项重要内容;同时,在太阳电池冷却的研究课题当中引申出了光伏与光热相结合(PV/T)的概念,使太阳电池转换而成的热量得以应用,这是新能源产业的一项重要发展趋势。收集并整理了近5年国内外的太阳电池冷却方法和光伏光热一体化研究成果,特别是针对平板式太阳电池组件与太阳能集热器相结合的研究文献,对其进行了分析和比较。
As the solar cells'photoelectric conversion efficiency decreases when their temperature rises, the cool ing of solar cells has become an important content [or photovoltaic researehes; meanwhile, this extends the concept of hybrid photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T) so as to utilize the heat transfered by solar cells, which is an important development trend for new energy industry. This paper collected and sorted the solar cells'cooling methods and PV/T research achievements in recent 5 years at home and abroad, especially for flat plate solar cells combined with solar collectors, made the analysis and comparisons.
