噻唑膦对南方根结线虫的作用方式 被引量:10

摘要 为探讨噻唑膦对南方根结线虫的作用方式,在室内利用浸渍法测定了噻唑膦对南方根结线虫卵孵化的抑制作用以及对2龄幼虫的致死作用;利用沙柱法测定了对2龄幼虫迁移能力的抑制作用;利用染色法测定了对2龄幼虫侵入番茄能力的影响。结果表明:随着噻唑膦处理浓度的增加与处理时间的延长,线虫卵的孵化抑制率、2龄幼虫的死亡率显著提高,而2龄幼虫的迁移能力和侵入能力则显著降低。200μg/mL噻唑膦处理24 h后,对卵的孵化抑制率为72.51%;200μg/mL噻唑膦处理48 h后,2龄幼虫的死亡率为80.13%;在25μg/mL噻唑膦沙柱中,7 d后2龄幼虫的平均移动距离为0.10 cm,而对照处理线虫的平均移动距离为1.04 cm;100μg/mL噻唑膦处理48 h后,2龄幼虫对番茄根部的侵入率为0.51%,而空白对照处理线虫的侵入率达21.85%。 Nematicidal effect of fosthiazate on eggs and second stage juveniles(J2) of Meloidogyne incognita were tested in vitro.Its effects on J2 motility and infectivity were evaluated with a sand column and the staining method respectively.The results showed that J2 mortality was significantly increased while the egg hatching,J2 motility and infectivity were significantly reduced with the increasing concentration and time after treatment of fosthiazate.The egg hatching in individual and in egg masses were reduced by 72.51% and 77.75%,respectively after treatment with 200 μg/mL fosthiazate for 24 h.The J2 mortality was 80.13% after treatment with 200 μg/mL fosthiazate for 24 h.The J2 migrated 0.1 cm in 7 d in sand column mixed with 25 μg/mL fosthiazate while it did 1.04 cm in the control.The infectivity of J2 after treatment with 100 μg/mL fosthiazate for 48 h was 0.51% while it was 21.85% in the control.It proved that fosthiazate have great potential on the inhibition of egg hatching,J2 motility and infectivity of Meloidogyne incognita.
