摘要
应用Minitab软件,采用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析法对枸杞多糖提取进行回归分析。结果表明,超声波功率、超声波处理时间、料液比与枸杞多糖得率存在显著的相关性,通过响应优化器得到优化提取条件:当超声波功率249.5W,超声提取时间16.5min和料液比1∶25.4时,枸杞多糖得率达到理论最大值5.318%。
Statistically based experimental designs were applied to optimizing process parameters for Lycium barbarum polysaccharidc (LBP) production. Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis were adopted to investigate the mutual interaction between the variables and identify optimal values that bring maximum LBP yield. Experimental results showed that ultrasonic power, ultrasonic extraction time and ratio of material to water all had significant influence on the LBP yield. The optimal conditions for the maximal LBP yield were: ultrasonic power 249.5W, ultrasonic extraction time 16.5min and ratio of material to water 1:25.4. The yield of LBP was about 5.318%.
