摘要
为提高乙醇发酵强度,文中提出了磁场辅助气提发酵新过程。实验表明:外加磁场有利于提高气提因子,缩短气提发酵时间;在磁场强度为3.14mT的条件下,磁场辅助气提发酵发酵强度可达1.531g(/h.L),相比普通发酵和气提发酵发酵强度分别提高51.4%和14.6%。
In order to improve the productivity of ethanol fermentation, a new process of ethanol production by magnetic field assisted stripping fermentation was proposed. The results showed that the magnetic field improved stripping factor and shortened the fermentation time. When the intensity of magnetic field was 3.14mT, the productivity of magnetic field assisted stripping fermentation reached 1.531 g/(h· L), which increased by 51.4% and 14.6% respectively compared to traditional fermentation and stripping fermentation.
