摘要 基于FDI型物流企业研究了全球供应链主导和关键环节主控两种物流交易模式,并给出其优势分析,探讨了两种物流交易模式的实施影响因素,得出FDI型物流企业所有权优势、制造业内部化优势、FDI型物流企业投资力度和交易融合度是影响物流交易模式实施的关键因素。 Based on FDI logistics firm,this paper analyzes the advantages and influencing factors of two transaction modes,i.e.supply-chain-oriented and key-links-controlled,and draws conclusion that FDI ownership advantages,internalization advantages of the manufacturing industry,and integrating of FDI investment and integration of logistics transaction are key factors of logistics transaction mode.
