形状记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换术后假体柄周围骨折

Application of shape memory alloy embracing fixation in the treatment of fracture around the prosthesis stem after hip replacement

目的探讨形状记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换术后假体柄周围骨折的临床疗效。方法对14例髋关节置换术后假体柄周围骨折患者使用形状记忆合金环抱器进行治疗。结果随访4～24个月(平均7个月),术后3～7个月骨折正常愈合,14例患者术后髋关节活动度、屈曲位均大于100°,X线片显示骨折均骨性愈合,肢体功能恢复良好,无1例出现假体松动。结论形状记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换术后假体柄周围骨折,具有创伤小、操作简单、固定可靠、对骨折端破坏小、利于骨折愈合等优点,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of shape memory alloy embracing fixation in the treatment of fractures around the prosthesis stem after hip replacement. Methods Fourteen cases of fractures around the prosthesis stem after hip replacement were treated with shape memory alloy embracing fixation. Results All the cases had normal fracture healing in 3 to 7 months postoperatively,and were followed up for 4 to 24 months（average 7 months）.The activity of hip joint at flexed position was over 100°,and X-ray showed bone union in all cases.Movement function well recovered without prosthesis loosening. Conclusion This method in the treatment of fractures around the prosthesis stem after hip replacement can provide a satisfactory therapeutic path with the advantages of little trauma,easy operation and steady fixation.And it takes minimal damage on fracture terminal and is therefore satisfactory for bone healing.
