小切口双钢板微创治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折

Treatment of comminuted fracture at proximal tibia by minimally invasive internal fixation with double plates

目的探讨小切口双钢板微创治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折的临床应用。方法回顾性分析2008年12月～2010年12月采取小切口双钢板微创治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折患者24例手术方法及近期疗效。结果随访时间8～24个月,平均13个月。骨折均达骨性愈合。患肢功能根据手术疗效按Merchant评分标准:优12例,良8例,可3例,差1例,优良率为83.3%。结论小切口双钢板微创治疗胫骨近端粉碎骨折,疗效满意。

Objective To explore clinical application of minimally invasive internal fixation with double plates for treatment of comminuted fracture at proximal tibia. Methods From Dec.2008 to Dec.2010,24 cases of comminuted fracture at proximal tibia were treated with minimally invasive internal fixation with double plates. Results All patients were followed up for 8-24 months.The results were excellent in 12 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case according to Merchant scoring.The total effective rate was 83.3%. Conclusion The effectiveness of minimally invasive internal fixation with double plates for comminuted fracture at proximal tibia is excellent.
