切开复位内固定治疗跗跖关节损伤17例报告

Treatment of 17 cases Lisfranc injuries with open reduction and internal fixation

目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗跗跖关节损伤的疗效。方法我科于2007年9月～2010年8月收治急性闭合性跗跖关节损伤病例17例,全部采用切开复位AO螺钉内固定治疗。结果术后切口均一期愈合,其中13例获得随访,随访6～22个月,平均12个月。按美国足踝外科协会足踝评分标准(AOFAS):70～80分1例,80～90分5例,90～100分7例,随访期间未发现跗跖关节再脱位。结论跗跖关节损伤行切开复位螺钉内固定治疗可取得满意的复位和临床疗效,短期来看是治疗跗跖关节损伤的有效方法。

Objective To explore the curative effect of open reduction and screw fixation for acute Lisfranc injuries. Methods Between September 2007 and August 2010,17 cases of acute Lisfranc injuries were treated with open reduction and screw fixation. Results 13 cases were followed up for 12 months on average（range 6 to 22 months）.According to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（AOFAS） midfoot score system,1 case scored 70 to 80,5 cases scored 80 to 90,and 7 cases scored 90 to 100.No re-dislocation occurred during the follow-up period. Conclusion The short-term curative effect of open reduction and screw fixation for acute Lisfranc injuries is satisfactory.
