摘要 电场分布和界面压力是现代高压电缆附件的基本设计内容,其正确性和精确度会直接影响所设计的电缆附件的性能。高压电缆附件中包含着很多界面,尤其是位于场强控制元件和电缆绝缘体之间的界面性能对电缆附件的品质起着决定性的作用。界面的性能不仅与材料品质、安装条件以及表面的处理状态有关,还受应力和温度因素的影响,因此界面的设计是电-力-热多场耦合的复杂过程。通过对一些高压电缆附件的设计实际,论述了电场控制和界面压力设计的基本理念、计算方法和结果处理。用这些方法已经成功地开发了110~220 kV的成套电缆附件。 The calculations of electrical field distribution and the interface pressure are the foundation of high voltage cable accessories design.The accuracy of the calculations will impact the performances of the designed cable accessories.There are many interfaces in all kinds of cable accessories.Among these interfaces,the interface between the stress control unit and the cable insulation is the most critical one.The interface control not only relates to material properties,installation conditions,and surface prearation,but also to interface pressure and working temperatures.Therefore,the interface control involves a complex combinations and couplings of electrical field,thermal field,and physical prssure field.Through some real designing examples,this paper presents some key concepts,calculation methods,and the results of using these calculations to guide cable accessory design.The author has successfully applied these methods in developing 110~220 kV cable accessories.
