摘要
针对基于增量式编码器的平均测速法在低速条件下的缺点,提出了基于状态观测器的转子瞬时转速检测法,采用M atlab/S imu link搭建了控制系统的仿真模型;为了进一步改进超低速性能,设计了一种简单易行的角度补偿措施;仿真结果表明,采用基于状态观测器的转子瞬时转速检测法能有效改善永磁同步电动机在超低转速下的调速性能。
Under low speed conditions, an instantaneous speed estimation scheme based on state observer was proposed to overcome the weakness of the average speed method based on incremental-type encoder. A simulation model of the control system in Matlab/Simulink was constructed. An simple angular compensation measure was designed to further improve the performance under ultra-low speed conditions. Simulation results validate the method proposed for improving the speed performance under ultra-low speed conditions.
