从理论上讲,任何题材的电视剧创作都应该有足够的艺术创造空间,从实际操作情况而言,不同的国别和社会体制对于影视制作播出有不同的政策要求,因而导致产生不同的艺术创造空间。现实题材电视剧创作在选题与表达方面存在一定的困惑,把一切困难都归咎于相关政策完全是错误的,回避现实题材创作更是消极的。策划人与创作者应该研究相关政策,明确现实题材的艺术创造空间,结合艺术创作的规律、方法与技巧,寻找突破的手段,创作出真正让人民群众喜闻乐见的艺术精品。
