造血干细胞移植后迟发性非感染性肺部并发症1例报告并文献复习
摘要
随着造血干细胞移植术的发展,使难以治愈的恶性血液病、重型再生障碍性贫血等疾病得到救治,与此同时,移植并发症也随之增多。接受同种异基因造血干细胞移植后,40%-60%的患者出现肺部并发症。其包括感染性和非感染性，占移植相关死亡的10—40％。预防性抗生素的使用，使感染性并发症的发病率明显下降。
