上海世博会期间重性精神病治疗管理的主要经验

Experience of management of major psychoses during Expo Shanghai 2010

精神卫生工作在2010年上海世界博览会成功举办中的角色和作用举足轻重,在实施国家重性精神病管理治疗项目基础上,"政府领导、部门合作、社会参与"的工作机制再次发挥了重要作用。

Mental health work played an important role in terms of the success of Expo Shanghai 2010. Shanghai has a history of community mental health service development, and got further improved via participating in the Mental Health Reform Program （so-called 686 program）. The approach of government-led combined with multi-departmental cooperation and community involvement has exerted great effect. As a result, the numbers of violent behaviors and violent incidents reported during the period decreased by 12% and 50% consecutively.
