Sexual psychology and ethic counseling need and realization in unmarried youth

目的:了解未婚青年性心理和性伦理/道德咨询需要和实现状况及相关因素。方法:使用2009年"中国青少年生殖健康可及性政策发展研究"调查数据,分析不同特征青年在性心理和性伦理/道德咨询需要和实现的差异及想咨询但未咨询的原因。利用两分类logistic回归分析,分别以咨询需要和咨询实现为因变量,建立回归模型。使用频数和百分比分析有咨询需要但没有去咨询的最重要的原因。结果:未婚青年性心理咨询需要率为6.0%,其中实现率34.4%;性伦理/道德咨询需要率2.9%,其中实现率40.1%。中西部、在校生、较高年龄组、高教育程度、低收入家庭、独生子女、农村、男性、有男/女朋友、非异性性取向和无性行为青年性心理咨询需要率较高,中部地区、高年龄组、低收入家庭、无男/女朋友、无性行为、异性性取向青年咨询实现率较低;西部地区、在校生、高教育程度、独生子女、农村、男性、有男/女朋友和非异性性取向青年性伦理/道德咨询需要率较高,高教育程度、无男/女朋友性伦理/道德咨询实现率较低。想咨询但没有咨询的最重要的原因为"不好意思","不知道跟谁咨询","问题不严重"和"附近没有这样的服务"。结论:未婚青年性心理和性伦理/道德咨询实现率均较低。不同的社会经济因素和性相关行为青年,特别是不同地区、收入和受教育程度人群呈现出需要率和实现率的差异。中部地区、低收入青年具有较高的性心理咨询需要率和较低的实现率,需重点关注。

Objective：To explore the need and realization of sexual psychology and ethic counseling in unmarried youth and analyze the related factors. Methods： The data of the first country-level unmarried youth sexual and reproductive health demand survey was used to analyze the difference in need and realization of sexual psychology and ethic counseling among different unmarried youth groups. Results： The rate of counseling need for sexual psychology was 6. 0%, and the realization rate of counseling was only 34.4%. The rate of counseling need for sexual ethic was 2. 9%, and the realization rate was 40. 1%. The rates of counseling need for sexual psychology were significantly higher in youth who were from central and western regions, being current students, with higher age,with higher education levels, with lower home income, being only child, from rural regions, being male, having girl/ boy fiends, not being heterosexual, and having no sex behavior. The realization rates of sexual psychology were significantly lower in youth who were from central regions, with higher age, with lower home income levels, having not girl/boy fiends, having no sex behavior, and heterosexual. The need rates of sexual ethic were significantly high- er in youth who were from western, being current students, with higher education level, being only child, from rural regions, being male, having girl/boy fiends, and not being heterosexual. The realization rates of sexual ethic were significantly lower in youth who were with higher education levels, and not having girl/boy fiends. ＂ Embarrassment＂,＂ Don＇t know who to consult＂,＂ not serious＂,＂ no service nearby＂ were the main reasons why they did not consult. Conclusion： The realization rates of sexual psychology and ethic are low in unmarried youth. There are significant differences of need rates and realization rates in different social and economics groups, especially the factors of living region, income, and education level.
