基于双闭环控制的降压型DC/DC转换器仿真 被引量:9

Simulation of Dual-loop-controlled Buck PWM DC/DC Converters

摘要 PWM开关电源系统普遍采用电流、电压双闭环控制,以Buck型变换器为对象,在建立PWM降压开关电源功率级模型的基础上,得出其小信号等效电路图与基于电流控制的Buck型开关电源的系统电路图,采用Matlab对实例进行频率分析,设计双闭环反馈补偿电路,通过仿真分析确定其参数选择的合理性。所建立的Buck型变换器模型可适用于Buck变换器及其衍生的全桥变换器。 Current and voltage double loop control is commonly used in PWM switching power supply system.A model of PWM step-down switching power supply was established when Buck converter was set as the goal object.Its small signal equivalent circuit and system circuit of current control based Buck type switching power supply were obtained.Though Matlab frequency analysis of a instance,a double-loop feedback compensation circuit was design.And then the reasonableness of its parameters was analyzed by simulation.The proposed Buck converter model suits for Buck converter and its derivatives full-bridge converter.
