公务员薪酬标准的高低,影响着经济社会的稳定和全面发展。明确公务员薪酬决定的原则对于薪酬确定、调整机制的改革或完善影响极大。为了适应市场经济的发展,促进社会公正,我们应坚持公务员薪酬确定和调整的根本性原则、时代性原则和操作性原则。
The public servant′s salary level has a great influence upon the stability and overall development of economy and society and also has an impact on the decision;reform and improvement of salary readjust system.In order to adapt to the market economy and promote social justice,we should insist on the fundamental principles,epochal principles and operational principles of salary standard determination of public servant.
