优化设计在PDC残余热应力计算中的应用

摘要 残余热应力是影响聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)性能的最重要因素之一。应用ANSYS的APDL建立聚晶金刚石PDC的参数模型,用热-结耦合法分析PDC的残余热应力。分别考虑PDC厚度比和径厚比对PDC中残余应力的影响并做了优化分析,提出了PDC残余应力计算公式,为PDC的合理设计提出了可借鉴的思路。 The residual thermal stress on polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) is one of the most important factors to affect its performance.A parametric model was established using ANSYS parametric design language(APDL),and hot-knot coupling method was conducted to analyse the residual thermal stress on PDC.The ratio of the thick of PDC layer to carbide layer and the ratio of diameter to thick of PDC were analyzed;and the calculating formula of residual thermal stress was then proposed under different conditions.The optimal design provides a composite thread to a reasonable design of PDC.
