Creation and Operation of Construction Supply Chain Based on Transaction Cost

针对建筑供应链框架结构及其内部企业契约关系网络,构建了建筑供应链交易成本模型,从交易成本角度研究了构建及运作建筑供应链的基本条件,通过进一步研究项目管理承包模式下的建筑供应链网络结构,定量分析了项目管理承包商进入建筑供应链后交易成本的变化情况,得出了项目管理承包商承担建筑供应链构建及运作任务的前提条件。

A transaction cost model of the construction supply chain was built up according to the framework of construction supply chain and inner network of contractual relations.Basic conditions of construction supply chain were established and operated from aspect of transaction cost.The network of construction supply chain was further investigated under project management contracting mode.The fluctuation of transaction cost of construction supply chain was quantitatively discussed when project management contractor was in construction supply chain.The precondition of that project management contractor undertook constructing and operating of supply chain was obtained.
