摘要
为消除样本客观条件优劣对航空公司评价结果的影响,建立了反映航空公司管理者主观有效努力程度的竞争力评价的二阶段分析模型。分析模型中,第一阶段用层次分析模型和因子分析模型分别对2008—2009年数据进行了分析;第二阶段采用群组决策约束锥DEA模型得出扩展的航空公司竞争力综合评价结果。结果显示:标杆航空只有国际航空公司一家。该方法克服了以往的评价方法有效单元过多的问题。
In order to eliminate the sample′s objective merit′s impact on the evaluation results,a two-stage model was established to reflect the degree of managers′ subjective efforts in Airline Company.In first stage of the model,the hierarchical model and factor analysis model were used to analyze 2008-2009′s data using;in the second stage of the model,group decision-making constrained DEA model was applied to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of airlines companies.Results show that The International Airline is the only benchmark for airline.The evaluation method overcome the past′s problems of too many effective units.
