摘要
利用CFD软件中simple算法及k-ε湍流模型对某电厂1台660MW机组空冷岛的外部流场进行数值模拟,分析在不同风速下空冷岛挡风墙高度对凝汽器换热效率的影响,并得出最佳空冷岛挡风墙高度为11~12m。
By using the simple algorithm and the k-ε turbulence model in CFD software,the numerical simulation of external flow field for air cooling island of a 660 MW air cooling unit has been carried out,the influence of windshielding wall height upon the heat exchange efficiency of condenser under different wind speed being analysed,and the optimal height of windshielding wall on the air cooling island being obtained.In the case of windshielding wall height being 12 m,the heat exchange efficiency is the highest,if the wall height is further increased,on the contrary,the heat exchange efficiency will decrease.
