摘要
给水泵最小流量数控技术是用计算方法取代原流量孔板测量方法得到给水泵流量。通过在辽宁铁岭发电厂300MW机组给水泵上的应用,论证了数控技术的可行性。分析得出,采用数控技术控制给水泵流量,其误差较小,且能够实现给水泵流量特性在线监测功能,控制的可靠性高,能够减少给水流量节流损失,提高泵组效率。
The numerical control technology for minimum flow rate in feed-water pump is a technology adopting calculation method to substitute the original orifice measuring method for obtaining the flow rate in feed-water pump.Through application of said technology onto feed-water pumps of 300 MW unit in Liaoning Tieling Power Plant,the feasibility of using numerical control technology has been verified.It is obtained from analysis that the error produced in adopting numerical control technology to control the flow rate of feed-water pump is smaller,the on-line monitoring functions for flow rate behavior in feed-water pumps can be realized,the reliability of control is high,the throttling loss of feed-water flow rate can be reduced,the efficiency of pump group can be enhanced.
