摘要 对超临界机组滑压运行参数的合理选取进行了理论分析。通过对某电厂东方汽轮机有限公司制造的超临界600MW机组在各种工况不同参数的对比试验,得到了机组的最佳滑压运行曲线,有效地降低了汽轮机的热耗率。 The reasonable selection of sliding pressure operation parameters for supercritical units has been theoritically analysed.Through comparison and test of different parameters under various operation conditions of the supercritical 600 MW unit manufactured from Dongfang Steam Turbine Works and equipped in one power plant,the optimal sliding pressure operation curve has been obtained.Under the new sliding pressure operation mode,the heat consumption rate of said steam turbine has been effectively reduced,while under load of 360 MW,the effectiveness of energy-saving on said unit is most remarkable.Besides,under load of 300 MW,the optimal main steam pressure in winter season is 15.8 MPa,and that in summer season is 16.6 MPa.
