摘要
基于美国ABB公司生产的Freelance 800FDCS,提出了硬件分层和软件模块化的设计方案。将热电机组中特性相似的设备作为一类单独设计,简化控制逻辑的组态,以便于控制系统的维护和控制逻辑组态的修改。将该设计方案应用于山东某热电机组的DCS,系统投运后从未出现故障,控制效果良好。
Based on the Freelance 800 F DCS manufactured from ABB Corporation in USA,a design scheme of hardware hierarchy and software modularization has been put forward.The equippmetns boasting similar properties of thermal power units are separately designed as one category of equipments,the control logic configuration has been simplified,so as to be convenient in maintenance of the control system and in revision of the control logic configuration.Application of said design scheme into DCS of units in one thermal power plant of Shandong Province shows that the faults in system have never occurred.After putting the system into operation,the control effectiveness is good.
