Development and Application of Standard Drawing and Computing Program for Piping Support Pre-welden on Vessel

设备预焊件条件是配管专业设计过程中的重要条件之一。该项工作主要通过采用AutoCAD插入图块和手工计算、填写大量数据完成,存在重复工作多,效率低,设计质量难以控制的缺点。本文介绍在《管架标准图》HG/T 21629-1999基础上编制立式设备管架预焊件标准图,并在此基础上开发了一套计算程序。该方法能够提高设计效率和准确性。

The piping supports pre-welded on vessel condition is the one of the important conditions for the piping arrangement discipline,which is done mainly by inserting block in AutoCAD template,calculating and filling a lot of data by hand,and has much repetitive and inefficient work,and is hard to control the design quality.This article introduces how to prepare the standard drawings of piping supports pre-welded on vessel based on the Standard Drawings for Piping Support(HG/T 21629-1999),and develops a computing program which can improve the design efficiency and accuracy.
