摘要 采用铸渗工艺在ZG30Cr钢表面获得了由WC颗粒与高铬铸铁组成的铸渗层。研究了不同WC含量渗层的耐磨性。结果表明,铸渗层致密,无气孔、夹渣等缺陷,与基体为冶金结合,最高表面硬度达820 HV。含15%WC的铸渗层的耐磨性最佳,是基体的18.8倍。 Case composed of granular WC and high-chromium casting iron on ZG30Cr steel was developed by a casting-penetrating procedure.Wear resistance of casting-penetrated cases with different quantities of WC was investigated.The results show that the case is dense and free of defects such as pore and slag,and is combined metallurgically with the matrix,and that the highest surface hardness is high as 820 HV.Besides,the case containing 15%WC shows the optimum wear resistance 18.8 times as great as that of the matrix.
