华北电网供热机组热电负荷实时监测系统研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 随着坚强的智能电网、智能调度以及低碳排放相关课题研究不断深入,研究如何合理调度热电联产机组实时出力具有重要的理论和实际意义。在总结电网调度运行调峰问题的基础上,提出建立并使用华北电网供热机组热电负荷实时监测系统,结合系统设计思想,介绍系统的设计技术路线及系统主要功能和在实际调度工作中的应用情况,并对系统前期投入使用后取得的应用效果进行初步分析。 With thorough study on intelligent power grid,intelligent dispatching and lower carbon emission,the right dispatching for cogeneration units at realtime is becoming more and more important in theory and in practice.Based on experiences gained during grid peak load regulations,setting up a realtime vapor load monitoring system at North China Power Grid heating units is in need.This article introduced the designing,the main functions,the application of this system and the effects on the application of this system.
