摘要
首都钢铁公司根据现有条件,再增加生铁的产量,已受到种种限制,但要求进一步增加钢产量的形势,使他们在提高转炉废钢比,降低铁水消耗方面做了很多工作。本文介绍的就是首钢第一炼钢厂30t转炉十年来,特别是1989年在提高转炉废钢比方面的几种做法及效果。
Based on the existing conditions SISC has met all kinds of limitations in increasing its pig iron production,but the situation for meeting the demand on increasing steel production has made them do much work in enhancing scrap ratio and decreasing hot metal consumption.Some methods employed in increasing scrap ratio of 30t converter in Steelmaking Works No.1 of SISC and their effects in the past ten years,especially in 1989,have been introduced in this paper.
