芒针速刺腰中穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例

30Cases of Lumbar Inter-vertebral Disc Protrusion were Mainly Treated by Rapid Needling Yaozhong Point with Elongated Needles

目的:观察芒针速刺腰中穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用芒针速刺腰中穴,配合针刺局部夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例进行疗效观察。结果:治愈19例(63.3%),显效7例(23.3%),有效4例(13.4%),总有效率为100%。结论:芒针速刺腰中穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著疗效。

Objective： The aim of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of rapid needling Yaozhong point with elongated needles on the treatment of the lumbar inter-vertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）.Methods： Thirty patients of lumbar inter-vertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）were selected and treated by rapid needling Yaozhong point with elongated needles combined with needling Jiaji points,and then the curative effect was to be explored.Results： Nineteen patients were of healed well（63.3%）,seven significant effect（23.3%）,four improved（13.4%）.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion： Rapid Needling Yaozhong point with elongated needles has definite effect on the treatment of LIDP.
