摘要
西安公路研究院最新研制的LWX-300Ⅱ型沥青混合料微波加热车主要通过微波加热沥青混合料模块修补路面坑槽,其效率高、控温准、易操作、环保无污染。结合具体的工程实例,总结了该车的沥青路面坑槽修补工艺。与传统路面的修补方式相对比,该车修补路面费用低,具有较好的社会经济效益,发展前景广阔。
This article describes the functions and the features of LWX-300 Ⅱ types microwave heating vehicle for asphalt mixture which is latest developed by Xi′an Highway Institute.This vehicle mainly used for paching pavement pit by heating asphalt mixture module using microwave,which is highly efficiency,temperature controling exact,operating easy and environmental protection.According specific engineering examples,the paper summarized its technology for patching pavement pit.Comparing with the traditional pach methods,the vehicle′s social and economic benefits is better,and development prospects is broder.
