It describes current situation of non-motorized vehicle in Hangzhou City and its developing trend from aspects of the amount of non-motorized vehicle,trip characteristics and passage construction,which can guide the orderly development of non-motorized transport and promote the low-carbon and sustainable development of urban transport system.
