摘要
卧式钢包烘烤器的研制是在炉外精炼及连铸技术得到迅速发展,而对钢包加热质量提出了更高的要求下开展起来的。本文介绍了该烘烤器的结构和冷、热罐的烘烤试验情况。试验表明,烘烤的钢包内衬温度达到了1200℃,罐底最高温度可达1350℃,冷罐烘烤时间为4h,400～800℃热罐烘烤时间为2h。
In order to meet the demand of the quick development of ladle refining and continuous casting and the high quality drying of ladle a horizontal ladle drying system has been developed. The structure and cold and hot tests of the ladle drying system have been introduced in this paper.It is shown through tests that the lining temperature of dried ladle reaches to 1200℃,and bottom temperature 1350℃,drying time of cold ladle is 4 hours, the drying time of hot ladle with 400~600℃ 2 hours.
