对城市道路绿地规划设计理论创新的探讨

On Theory Innovation of Layout and Design of Urban Road Greenbelt

如何减少城市街道污染对城市居民的生态危害已成为建设生态城市,构建城市和谐人居环境的重要议题。道路绿地系统建设作为应对道路污染的重要生态措施,也越来越受到关注。作者在剖析现有城市道路污染危害现状和特征的基础上,对全球城市道路绿地系统规划理论和技术创新的进展进行了历史性的分析与评价,并在此基础上就如何创新城市道路绿地规划理论和方法提出建议。强调要加强对城市道路绿地系统的生态功能的定量化研究,并结合生态城市的环境建设指标逐步构建城市道路绿地生态控制性设计理论体系。

It is important for constructing of the eco-city and the harmonious living environment that how to reduce ecological hazard of the urban road pollution to city residents.As one of the important eco-measures,building of the road greenbelt system has been paid great attention.The author analyzes harmful situation and characteris-tics about the road pollution,then analyses and appraises the global progress of the theoretical and technological innovation for the urban road greenbelt system.As the results,advices on how to innovate the theories and ways of urban road greenbelt system were presented.Especially,two important subjects were emphasized that quantitatively study on the eco-function of urban road greenbelt system and building of the eco-control design theory system with the help of environmental building indexes of eco-city.
