上钢五厂普碳钢连铸小方坯热送的可行性研究

摘要 本文研究了转炉分厂和带钢分厂中间横隔着两条汽车道和料场,四周又被其它分厂包围情况下具体实现连铸坯热送的可行性。研究以关键环节的试验为依据。预计在实现连铸坯热送后,加热炉生产能力可提高22.2%,可节约的煤气合标煤729.76t,静态投资收益率为43.22%。 This paper introduces the study on feasibility of hot delivery of continuous casting billet in conditions that converter shop and steel strip shop are separated by two roads and a material site,and surrounded by other shops on all sides.According to the tests of key links this study forecasts the production capacity of reheating furnace could be increased by 22.2 percent, gas saved is equivalent to 729.76 tce, and static investment profit is 43.22 percent, while hot delivery of continuous casting billet is realized.
