鉴于易代之际的政治现实,竹林玄学逐渐否定了正始时期由何晏、王弼等通过即体即用的双向训释建立的契合自然的名教理想,代之以纯粹的不可能实现的"越名教而任自然"的精神逍遥,使其理论陷入精神世界与现实世界的二难选择。阮籍《咏怀诗》的主旨、表达方式、抒情特点等同样呈现出选择的悖论。

In view of the time-alternating political reality,the metaphysics of bamboo groves gradually denied the idea of Confucian code system confined by freedom which was established by bidirectional releases jointing ontology and existence on the works of He Yan,Wang Bi and so on,and replaced with pure spirit and unrealized carefree,therefore the theory falls into a dilemma of reality and spiritual world.Under the influence of it,Ruan Ji＇s Lyrics（＂yonghuai＂） presents all sorts of contradictions in themes,the way of expression,and the characteristics of expressing feelings.
