摘要
焦炉煤气能否作为煅烧水泥的燃料,关键要设计出合适的烧嘴。针对鞍钢水泥窑原使用的大功率焦炉煤气烧嘴存在问题设计的,由三个子烧嘴构成的组合式烧嘴,以及热态模拟试验和生产应用的情况在本文做了介绍。试验结果表明,组合式烧嘴能满足锻烧水泥工艺生产的要求。
Whether the cpke oven gas could be applied in calcining cement or not, it is a key point that a suitable burner should be designed specially. This paper introduces the design of burner combined by three sub-burners, and its thermal stimulation tests and production application. It is shown that the combined burner could meet the demand of cement calcining.
